Eden
Eden
Once home to several whaling stations, Eden is famous for its whale history and known as one of Australia’s premier whale watching destinations. Eden is located on the edge of Twofold Bay, the third deepest natural harbour in the southern hemisphere.
There is much to see and learn as we travel around the bay in comfort aboard our large and comfortable cruising vessel. Twofold Bay is dotted by historic landmarks and is bounded north and south by spectacular Beowa National Park. We may travel north to Lennards Island and the Pinnacles, or head south past Boyds Tower to the waters off beautiful Mowarry Point.
We expanded to Eden in 2023, when we were given the opportunity to purchase Cat Balou Cruises who have previously operated here 1987. We are delighted to now offer tours in Eden, one of the most significant whale watching locations in the world.

Cruise vessel
23.5m powered catamaran

Bubbles is a modern, fast, powered catamaran. She was built by Gold Coast Ships in 2013 for use as a whale watching and snorkelling vessel in the Great Barrier Reef. We purchased her in early 2020 to add to our whale watching business. She is roomy, comfortable and has plenty of outdoor viewing areas.
With her four separate outdoor decks she has lots of great vantage points to photograph whales from. She has a large downstairs cabin with comfortable seating and galley. Her comfortable lower indoor cabin is also great if the weather is cold or wet. Her upper deck has complete walk-around access, with seating on both the forward and aft decks. There is plenty of space to relax and view whales and dolphins from.

She has two toilets with hand basins and an onboard galley with tea and coffee facilities.
From May to August we take Bubbles to Sydney and trade under Go Whale Watching, before bringing her back to the Sapphire Coast for the rest of the year.
Bubbles is available for private hire, please contact us to find out more.
*Please note that from May – July, our Eden tours take place on board the Cat Balou vessel whilst Bubbles is in Sydney.
